One kitchen.Biryani Bureau
Sealed, slow, seeraga samba.
Kitchen open 11.30 am – 11 pm. Switching brand changes the menu and the whole surface — your basket stays exactly as it was.
Ambur Star Chicken Biryani
Sample allergen note: contains dairy (ghee) and cashew.
Everything leaves on the same belt.
Ten packs, five brands, one dispatch table. Packaging is designed per dish rather than per brand, which is why a biryani and a dessert can share a bag without ruining each other.
Drawn for this showcase. Nothing here is a real product photograph.
Separate on your phone. Mixed behind the door.
Five names, twenty dishes, one FSSAI-registered kitchen at Anna Nagar West. Ordering across brands is normal here, not a workaround — the pass groups your tickets before anything is packed.
Biryani Bureau
Biryani · 11.30 am – 11 pm · 4 dishesAmbur-style dum on the long-grain seeraga samba rice Tamil Nadu actually eats. Handis go on at half eleven, and the pass calls the first one at noon.

Momos · 12 pm – 12.30 am · 4 dishesHand-pleated every morning, steamed to order in bamboo baskets so they land soft rather than sweaty. The chutneys are the argument.

Dessert · 12 pm – 11 pm · 4 dishesA dessert counter that only makes what survives a scooter ride. Everything sets in the jar it arrives in, so nothing has to be rescued at your end.

Late night · 9 pm – 3 am · 4 dishesThe nine o’clock shift takes over the same nine stations and cooks what people actually want at 1 am. Loud, greasy in the right way, packed to be eaten standing up.
See the menuFive brands, one queue, nine stations.
The brands are separate on your phone and completely mixed behind the door. Every ticket walks the same nine stations in the same order, which is the only reason a mixed basket can arrive together and still arrive hot.
Five lanes cook at stations two to six. Nobody owns a station; the ticket does.
Sample operating detail written for this showcase. It is not a live kitchen feed.
Six kilometres, and we mean six.
One kitchen can only cook fast or far, not both. The ring around Anna Nagar West is drawn so a biryani reaches you before the rice sets, so plenty of Chennai is deliberately outside it.
Type a locality, or pick one below. Sample coverage data for the showcase.
Sample coverage and sample timings. No address is stored and no delivery is arranged.
The basket is empty. Add a dish from any menu and the bill assembles itself here.
Not a bill. Nothing is charged and no order is submitted.
One basket, however many brands you raided.
A mixed basket is allowed on purpose. Biryani, momos, a bowl and something from the dessert counter all leave station nine in the same bag, so there is one packing line and one delivery charge no matter how many brands you order from.
₹12 per item. Desserts get a separate insulated sleeve at no extra charge.
₹39 flat inside the six-kilometre ring, whatever the basket holds.
Sample pricing for the showcase. Nothing on this page is charged, reserved or sent to a delivery partner, and there are no external ordering links because no real destination exists.
What this site does and does not do.
Can I order food here?
No. Kitchen Nine is a fictional brand built for the Goat Scale showcase. The basket, the customisations and the bill are all real interface, but nothing is submitted anywhere and no payment method is connected. There are no Swiggy or Zomato links either, because there is no real destination to link to.
Can one basket hold more than one brand?
Yes, on purpose. All five brands cook at the same nine stations, so a mixed basket is packed into one bag with one packing line and one delivery charge. Switching brand never empties the basket — it only changes what you are looking at.
How reliable are the allergen and dietary notes?
They are sample content written for the showcase and clearly labelled as such on every dish. Real allergen information has to come from the kitchen that actually cooks the food, so please do not use anything here to make a decision about eating.
Why does the whole site change colour?
Because the brands are genuinely different businesses sharing one kitchen. The switcher changes the palette, the display typeface, the artwork and the menu together. Every palette is checked so body text and the basket stay readable, and the crossfade stops if you turn motion off or ask your system to reduce motion.
Is the franchise worksheet a forecast?
No. It is an illustrative arithmetic sheet with inputs you set yourself, published next to an operations brief. It does not print a return, a payback period or a promise, and no application is submitted from this site.
