1.8 acres in Ambattur, laid out.
Pick anything on the plan to read what it is and what it is sized for. The level stack on the right is the same building seen the other way — plant on the ground, a hall on each floor above it, plant again on the roof.
Five systems, and what each one is sized against.
Every figure here is design intent for the 1,200 kW IT load the two halls are drawn for. N+1 describes a unit count, not an availability promise.
Independent incoming feeders terminate in separate HT panels. Three 1,250 kVA transformers feed the LT boards, arranged N+1 against the 1.2 MW design IT load.
Three diesel sets in acoustic enclosures in the north yard. Two carry the full facility load; the third is the redundant unit. Bulk fuel storage is sized for 48 hours at design load, with a refuelling arrangement to be contracted before handover.
Modular UPS on Level 0 feeds two independent A and B paths to every cabinet. Battery autonomy is sized to carry the design IT load while the generators pick up.
Chillers and pumps sit on the roof plant deck. Chilled water drops to CRAH units at the end of each hall row; the high-density positions add an in-row unit inside the containment.
Fibre enters through chambers at the north and south boundaries and runs in separate routes to the meet-me room on Level 0. The room is planned as carrier-neutral; carriers are not contracted at concept stage.
