What we treat, and the joint we trace.

Eight conditions cover most of what walks in. Each one names the therapist who leads it and roughly how long it takes. If yours isn't here, the ₹900 assessment still covers anything muscle, joint or nerve.

  • Frozen shoulder: the affected joint traced in orange

    Frozen shoulder

The arm stops at shoulder height and the night pain wakes you. Common at 45 to 60, and after months of being told to wait.

Capsular mobilisation, then graded reaching. Slow, but it moves.

    Usually
    12 to 16 sessions over 10 weeks
    Led by
    Dr. Priya Venkatesh PT
  • ACL rehab: the affected joint traced in orange

    ACL rehab

Post-surgery, or the non-surgical route after a football or kabaddi injury. The knee gives way on stairs and you don't trust it.

Quad control first, then hop and change-of-direction testing before we clear you.

    Usually
Twice a week for 4 to 6 months

  • Lower back pain: the affected joint traced in orange

    Lower back pain

Sitting through a Chennai commute, then a lift or a sneeze, and you can't straighten. Usually mechanical, rarely a disc.

Get you moving on day one; hip and trunk strength so it stops coming back.

    Usually
    6 to 8 sessions over 4 weeks
    Led by
    Arun Prasath
  • Tennis elbow: the affected joint traced in orange

    Tennis elbow

The outside of the elbow burns when you grip a cup or twist a tap. Mostly not from tennis: laptops, cooking, badminton.

Load the tendon, not rest it. A slow-lift programme and a technique look.

    Usually
    6 sessions over 6 weeks
    Led by
    Arun Prasath
  • Post-stroke gait: the affected joint traced in orange

    Post-stroke gait

Six weeks or six years after a stroke: the foot drags, steps are short, and the family walks behind, ready to catch.

Task-based walking practice, balance, and the right foot brace if it helps.

    Usually
3 times a week, reviewed monthly

  • Runner's knee: the affected joint traced in orange

    Runner's knee

Pain around or under the kneecap after 4 km, worse on the Marina steps. Half of our marathon partners' runners come in with this.

Cadence and hip strength; most people keep running while we fix it.

    Usually
    6 to 8 sessions over 6 weeks

    Arun Prasath
  • Cervical spondylosis: the affected joint traced in orange

    Cervical spondylosis

A stiff, grinding neck, an arm that tingles, and a phone habit you already know about. Wear, not damage.

Neck and shoulder-blade strength, nerve gliding, and a desk fix that takes five minutes.

    Usually
    8 sessions over 5 weeks
    Led by
    Divya Karthikeyan
  • Sports ankle: the affected joint traced in orange

    Sports ankle

Rolled it on a cricket outfield or a Pondy Bazaar pavement. Swollen for a week, then it keeps giving way.

Get it walking, then balance and hopping so it never rolls again.

    Usually
    5 to 6 sessions over 4 weeks
    Led by
    Dr. Priya Venkatesh PT
