Apply for a retreat.

Ten minutes. We read every application ourselves and reply within a week. There is no deposit and no fee; a contribution is asked for at the end of the retreat, on a sliding scale.

What happens next

Within a week
An email from the office: a place, or the waiting list. If we have a question about your health notes, a short phone call first.
Two weeks before
A reminder with the taxi time, what to bring and the address for the driver. You confirm by replying; no deposit.
The last morning
Breakfast, the box of phones, and an envelope for the contribution. Cash, UPI or a bank transfer later; all three are fine.

The contribution

A retreat costs the trust about ₹1,900 a day for each person. At the end you are asked for anything between ₹600 and ₹3,500 a day, and most people give around ₹1,500. Nobody is turned away for money.
