Four menus, one leaf. The difference between them is not a list of adjectives, it is a count of positions: six, fourteen, eighteen, twenty-four. Below, every position and which menu cooks it.

Off the leaf.

Counters, carts and hire, priced as they are quoted. Nothing here is bundled into the per-plate rate, so a menu never quietly gets more expensive than the leaf you chose.

Before you pick a number

A sadhya below 150 guests costs more per plate, not less. The vessels and the hands are the same whether it is 120 leaves or 400.
Two sittings need 40 extra minutes and eight more hands. We will say so in the estimate rather than at the mandapam.
Guest counts can move by 10% up to four days before. Beyond that we cook to the number you last confirmed.
Every menu can be made no-onion, no-garlic at no extra cost. Say so at the tasting.
